W.W.II Character generation differs from the original generation tables,
because of the time frame.
Character also tend to be a little less powerful because of the
limited technology.
W.W.II General Origin
The Origins are very general. Details should be decided by the player
and the Judge. Judge should be careful of not allowing the player
to be too powerful and he should make the players balanced to the other
players. After all this is W.W.II not a cosmic crusade.

Mutants
Mutants tend to be rarer. Very few people (parents) where subjugated
to strange chemicals, toxins and/or radiation.
Super Soldier
Super Soldiers (a.k.a. Altered Humans) tend to be a higher percentage
during this era. Due to the fact that both Axis and Allied forces, heavily
experimented in creating the prefect soldier. Most altered characters resemble
Captain America, instead of the Fantastic Four.
Hi Tech Wonders
Hi Tech Wonders where the most common superhero type, but where limited
by the non-mircochip era.
Robots
During this time robots where extremely rare. Most robots where partially
or fully, Alien in origin.
Aliens
Terrans had no way of communicating or exploring the outside world.
Only an Explosion of great magnitude or a very powerful broadcasting system
can get the attention of another race to visit. However, a few races did
visited this mudball of a planet. Most aliens characters, are of races
that has or had already inhabited the planet. Such as the Atlanteans, Eternals,
Inhumans, Asgardians, Olympians etc.

Mutants
Choose a theme for your powers and develope them around it.
Choose the 1st power and two power stunts that simulates other powers.
Choose the 2nd power which is closely related to the first.
Choose another power stunt for the 2nd power.
As a result, the character should have 5 power like abilities.

Mutants gain +2 CS to Endurance and a +1 CS to any other one of his
choice.
Super Soldier
Super Soldier Rolls on the Super Soldier chart.
Super Soldier has two powers total.
Super Soldier also has a choice of two of the following powers:
Weapons, Vehicle, or Sidekicks.
Resources Am/ Mn (depending on the size of your country).
Super Soldier are automatically supported by there country.
High Tech Wonder
Reason +2 CS
Resources +2 CS
Gains 2 extra talents
W.W.II High Tech Wonders microengines that provides ability boost
to his power armor +1 CS to any two Physical Abilities (While wearing
power armor).
Omni Gear.
Character can use 3 Omni Gear during the course of the adventure or
episode. 3 high tech equipment of Good (8) power rank or +1 CS (For example:
character may choose a one time punch enhancement or an electrical field
to enhance his body armor for one turn). This equipment are only of one
time use and the character is only limited to 3 high tech omni items, at
any one time. The character may improve the Omni Gear just like other powers.
Consult the Judge when deciding on the Omni Gear.
When replenishing Omni Gear he need a good amount of time and a labarotory.
The Judge may even provide this during the course of the adventure or episode.
High Tech Wonder has Hyper-Invention.
High Tech Wonders has two inventions that simulate powers.
Robots
Gains Robot Body which provides Body Armor of Remarkable (26) Power
Rank vs. Physical Attacks (bullets, kicking, punching, impact, etc.) and
Typical (5) Power Rank vs. everything else.
Robots also has Self-Sustenance.
Robots has a +1 CS to Strength and Endurance.
Robots has Three powers.

Aliens
Standard Racial abilities (If player wishes to create a new race, consult
the Judge).
Resource Poor (If player character is an off-worlder).
Character may start off with a few alien equipment (must be the standard
issue of that race, Judge ruling).
Alien also starts off with One power and two power stunts that simulates
other powers.
As a result, the character should have 3 power like abilities, not
including his racial abilities.
